I started photographing around 1968 and learnt to develop and print my own black and white images. Digital cameras increased my interest using new features, now available. This has allowed me to enjoy special interests in land and sea scapes as well as experimenting with panoramas and 360º photography.
Banksia

We often think of green and gold to be wattle. Banksia Aldo provide these colours and textures galore. You cannot help be drawn to it as you explore with a camera.

Ferns Above

The Australian bush is considered difficult to photograph when there is stark light. But when you wander in fern areas, the light can be to your advantage and can highlight the textures and shapes that are present.

Why oh Why

In the Australian Bush, forked trees are essential features. The “Y” shapes appeal to my eye whether they are symmetrical or not. They add to the complexity and interest of the Australian Bush.
