Since a child I have always loved Arum Lilies, they remind me of a happy time in my life, hence why I have some in our yard. After a good drop of rain one morning while greeting a guest this Lily presented itself, I could not control myself so I raced and grabbed the camera and have been enjoying the result.

A friend and myself admired this plant at a nursery and so between us we purchased the mother plant for a hefty sum, only to be told later by another, that it is a weed! I disagreed. However, I have enjoyed taking photos on varying angles of this Agave Potatorum plant.“

My first attempt at Macro photography was of this Leptospermum flower. I love sitting at the table looking out the window at this bush when in bloom, a flower that I enjoy picking and giving to friends also.
