Hi all
Is anybody interested in trying to photograph the Southern Delta Aquariid Meteor Shower. It will be at its peak on the 28th & 29th July. I was thinking of going at about 5:00 a.m. Friday 29th, maybe get some good shots during blue hour. I will be looking for suggestions for a good location.

Monday 14th August. Don’t forget this is showtime. Bring along a slideshow presentation. About three minutes is good. Bring two or three just in case! A set of individual images is good. A formal slideshow is good too. Previous showtimes have been most enjpoyable. Show members where you have been and what you have been up to! Use a memory stick if possible. Barry P

This Monday night is a camera craft night, but with a difference. Professional photographer Clinton Plowman from Pakenham Camera Club will be coming along to talk to us all about how he shot each of these images using flash. See the CLUB POST for dtails. Hopefully there will be notes going out to you before the night, that’s the plan anyway!

Annual G Meeting and Member’s Slideshows
After the traditional short AGM it will be members slideshow. A highlight will be a visit to Norway for sure. What have you done over the year? You can show a series of individual images or put together a slideshow. Whatever you have done it will be received with enthusiasm. You can comment on you presentation as well. We can cope with PC, Mac, CD, memory stick, SD card. All is good. Enjoy a cup of coffee after. You can pay for your annual subscription as well. Look up the by-laws for details.
